After months of doing the ab-wheel, in spite of the fact that I do see the clear cuts and ripples in my abs, I recently noticed that to take it to the next level, it actually is much better to go slower while using the equipment. This brings to mind the method of training known as ‘Super-Slow” which is a method of weight training in which the participant performs a strength routine in slow motion, with emphasis on form and control.
